Tubac Gourmet Foods was born in 2008 from a simple idea: let people taste before they buy, and let the flavors speak for themselves. Founded by Rocio Cespedes in the historic artist village of Tubac, Arizona, our family-run business set out to share the bold, sun-soaked flavors of the Sonoran Desert with every visitor who walked through our doors.

What started as an extra virgin olive oil and infused balsamic vinegar tasting experience has grown into something we never could have imagined. Today, we handcraft over 800 products, all made in small batches right here in Tubac, using all-natural, premium ingredients with no artificial preservatives or fillers.

Our Tasting Room: Where Every Visit Starts
